Because it does more. Previous maintenance pricing covered a visit; Solar Shield covers a relationship: scheduled service, documented inspections, year-round monitoring, storm checks, discounts, and warranties. We priced it to sustain that level of care for decades.

What does “lock in your rate for life” actually mean?

If you’re one of the first 300 members, the rate you’re quoted at signup never increases for as long as your membership stays active. Future price changes will never apply to you.

Are the listed prices what I’ll pay?

Bronze, Silver, and Gold start at $399, $599, and $999 per year. Your exact quote depends on your system’s size and configuration. We’ll confirm it before you commit to anything.

Yes. Every membership renews annually with the flexibility to pay monthly.

What happens if I don’t join?

Nothing changes about your warranty from your original installation, and we’ll always be here for repairs. You’ll simply pay standard service rates, without member discounts, priority scheduling, or monitoring oversight.

What if something breaks between visits?

Members get priority scheduling and service discounts (10–20% by tier). Silver and Gold members are actively monitored, so we often spot issues before you do. Gold includes one complimentary diagnostic call per year.

Does my Animal Guard warranty require a membership?

The 5-year (Bronze/Silver) and lifetime (Gold) Animal Guard warranties require Solar Scapes-installed guards and an active membership in good standing.
